Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Agricultural & Rural Property team, where she specialises in providing expert legal advice to large rural landholdings, high-net-worth individuals and institutional landowners.
With extensive experience in both transactional and advisory work, Charlotte has a strong focus on farms and landed estates, including buying, selling, lender refinance, easements, first registrations and all matters relating to agricultural tenancies along with commercial and residential occupations.
Her approach is to offer practical, tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of her clients, helping them navigate the complexities of rural property and ensuring their assets are managed and protected effectively. Having trained at Trethowans, Charlotte re-joined the firm in 2023 after returning to Hampshire from West Sussex, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the agricultural and rural property sectors.
